Happy Martin Luther King JR. day Reader!

I came across an MLK quote while watching my church's sermon this past Sunday and loved it so much that I turned it into a quick IG post.

A few reasons why I fell in love with this quote:

• It highlights the soul-enhancing necessity of serving others
• It tears down the misconception that you need to fit within a certain criteria in order to create that kind of impact
• It reminds us that greatness exists outside of your level of success and financial status

All of us...every single of one us is meant to fulfill a purpose. And sure, we want that purpose to at least result in financial stability, freedom, or bring about result-oriented benefits in our lives.

But...greatness goes BEYOND that.

Greatness take you out of your daily routine that's most likely focused on pursuing personal or professional goals and places you in the forefront of people who could use your help, your voice, your influence, and your ability to generate an internal or external change.

I'm not talking about needing thousands of followers on Instagram.

I'm not talking about having 20K people on your email list.

I'm not even talking about needing to maintain an online presence in order to accomplish this.

I'm taking about one person. One group. Or one community.

Just ONE.

Start with ONE.

So...how can you be great today, Reader? How can you shine your light on ONE person before the day is over?

You never know the level of joy or change you could be generating in the lives of others. Start with one.
